Order fulfilment, lead generation, product integration, product owner registration

Processing purpose and legal basis: We collect personal information to process your orders, sell agricultural machinery and parts, deliver and provide services, and provide technical support. We may share your personal data with parties involved in the provision of services or your request, including distributors and dealers. Our legal basis for processing your data is entering into or performing a contract with you.

Processing purpose and legal basis: We process personal data for the purpose of providing customer service and support. For example, this may be in response to a customer-requested inquiry. We may share your personal data with parties involved in the provision of services or your request, including distributors and dealers. Our legal basis for processing your data is entering into or performing a contract with you.

Processing purpose and legal basis: We process personal data for the purpose of providing customer service. For example, this may be in response to a customer-requested inquiry. Our legal basis for processing your data is entering into or performing a contract with you.

Dealer/distributor staff data (Find a Dealer)

Processing purpose and legal basis: If you are a dealer/distributor staff member, we process your personal data in the context of our legitimate interest to perform our rights and obligations under the agreements and cooperation with such dealers/distributors.

Data categories: Name, email address, country, city, zip code, business communications.

Data source: You, dealers and distributor network.

Processing purpose and legal basis (location): If you request to find a dealer near you, we process your device location data to provide this service. If you consent to our use of your device location, that location will only be used and not stored. The legal basis is consent by granting location permission to the device. To withdraw consent, change the location permissions on your device or browser to Deny.

Marketing and communications

Processing purpose and legal basis: We engage in marketing activities for the purpose of promoting our products and services, including via e-mail. You can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time. The legal basis for sending you marketing communications is consent, except where we are permitted under applicable law to send you communications for products similar to past purchases you have made with us. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal information and receiving marketing information at any time through the methods below:

If a user or customer suspected of being under 16 years of age submits personal information, we will request account deletion or take measures to delete the personal information.

Affiliates and subsidiaries. Your information may be shared among our affiliates and subsidiaries for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The term 'affiliates and subsidiaries' refers to companies related to Daedong by common ownership or control. Our affiliates may include companies with the Daedong name or other companies under common ownership or control.

8. Use of Google Analytics

(1) This Website uses Google Analytics ("Google Analytics"), a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to help DAEDONG KIOTI to analyze how you use the Website, including the number of visitors to the Website, the websites that you have come from, and the pages they visit. This information is used to improve the Website offer and services. As a rule, any information generated by the cookie about your use of the Website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. (1) This website uses Usercentrics Cookiebot ("Cookiebot"), a web analytics service provider based in Denmark. The website uses Cookiebot in order to better understand our users' needs and to optimize this service and experience. Cookiebot is a technology service provider that helps DAEDONG KIOTI better understand our users' experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don't like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback.

This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website.
